Salary and benefits

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Punjabi, Tamil
