What the job involves

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹18,600 per month.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Compliance, MS Excel, Documentation and Customer acquisition
• Male Only
• Basic English
