What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹17,000 – ₹18,600 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Excel, KYC, Customer acquisition, Compliance
• Male Only
• Basic English
