Collection Officer

Hdb Financial Services Limited is looking for a Collection Officer to join its team in Greater Noida, Delhi. There are 15 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Documentation, KYC and Compliance
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and detail-oriented

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,600 – ₹20,000 per month.
