Job Responsibilities*:- Make Outbound Calls To Customers- Call Existing Customers Who Have Visited Our Website (Warm Leads)- Understand Customer Requirements And Explain Insurance Products- Sell Insurance Policies And Close Sales Effectively- Achieve Daily And Monthly Sales Targets- Build And Maintain Strong Customer Relationship. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, Local market knowledge, Customer handling and Negotiation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹27,000 per month.
