We Are Looking For A Dedicated And Professional Customer Relationship Manager (Crm) To Join Our Teamin Mumbai. The Primary Goal Of This Role Is To Manage Client Interactions, Maintain Our Database Of Industryprofessionals, And Ensure That Every Customer Receives The Premium Service Associated. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Presentation, CRM, Local market knowledge, Negotiation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and confident

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
