We Are Looking For A Motivated And Result-Oriented Collection Telecaller To Recover Outstanding Payments From Customers Through Outbound Calls. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Following Up On Overdue Accounts, Negotiating Payment Commitments, Maintaining Customer Records, And Achieving Collection Targets While Ensuring A Professional And Resp. Languages : Telugu

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Telugu
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Telugu
• You are customer-first and calm under pressure

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
