Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Inbound, International, Outbound and Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
