Customer Care Associate

IndoHR Services is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join its team in Andheri East, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Salary

Compensation: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Inbound, International, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
