Customer Care Executive

K.P Automotives is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The team is filling 30 vacancies. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Active listening, Typing speed, CRM tools, Hindi and English
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and polite
