- Conduct Regular Quality Audits Of Customer Calls Handled By Sales Executives. - Evaluate Calls Based On Defined Quality Parameters, Sops, And Compliance Standards. - Monitor Adherence To Outbond Processes, Customer Handling, And Company Policies. - Identify Errors, Process Gaps, Compliance Issues, And Areas For Improvement. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Computer

Your responsibilities

• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
