KV OneSourceHR wants to bring on a Business Development Executive for its Vasai Road West, Mumbai team. There are 3 open positions. Salary is up to ₹22,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Results-Driven Bde Who Can Lead Sales Initiatives.The Ideal Candidate Should Be Confident In Client Interactions.2 To 4 Years Of Experience In It Sales / Software Sales / Tally Sales / Erp Sales Preferred.Drive Business Growth Through Client Meetings And Lead Generation By Offering Tally, Erp, Amc, And It Solutions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Lead generation, Customer handling, Target achievement
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confident and self-motivated
