Customer Relationship Manager

Lr Ventures is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join its team in Andheri, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

The Role Includes Handling Customer Inquiry Received Through Digital Channel,The Role Also Involved Working On Crm System, Insurance Portal, The Job Requires Understanding Customer Financial Need And Suggesting Suitable Insurance Solution. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, CRM, Lead generation and Presentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and confident

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
