Customer Care Executive

Ma Shyama Associates is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Deccan Gymkhana, Pune. 14 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
