Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Inbound, International, Marketing, Outbound and Sales
