N.R. Manpower Solution Private Limited is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join its team in Sector 135 - Noida, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹35,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary

You will be paid ₹26,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English
