Northern Credit & Collection Business Private Limited is looking for a Collection Coordinator to join its team in Janak Puri, Delhi. There are 10 open positions. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are ethical and trustworthy
