A new Collection Coordinator role is open at S.G Enterprises, Indl Area Wazirpur, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

We Are Looking For A Confident And Well-Spoken Debtor Calling & Office Coordinator To Join Our Team. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Prior Experience In Debtor Follow-Ups Or Office Coordination. She Will Be Responsible For Managing Client Communications, Ensuring Timely Recovery Of Outstanding Payments, And Supportin. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Compliance, Financial products, MS Excel and KYC
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and ethical

What you will do

As a Collection Coordinator, your work will include:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
