Resolve Customer Concerns Within The Defined Turnaround Time. Escalate Complex Issues To The Relevant Departments When Required. Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions. Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

As a Customer Support Executive, your work will include:

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
