Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam and Outbound
• Good English
