This Role Involves Monitoring And Evaluating Collection / Recovery Calls , Ensuring Adherence To Quality And Compliance Standards And Driving Continuos Improvement In Agent Performance And Customer Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• A confident, persuasive attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
