Shunya Tattva Management Consultants is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join its team in Thane, Mumbai. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Inbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
