Monitor And Evaluate Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls.Assess Calls Based On Predefined Quality Parameters And Scorecards.Provide Constructive Feedback And Coaching To Telesales Executives.Identify Areas For Improvement In Communication, Sales Techniques, And Customer Handling.Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, Sops, And Quality Standar. Your responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
