The Role Involves Handling Customer Queries And Order Bookings On Whatsapp And Phone Calls, Managing Online Orders, Coordinating With The Packing Team For Dispatch, And Ensuring Customers Receive Proper Updates About Their Orders. You Will Also Help Resolve Customer Complaints Politely And Maintain Strong Customer Relationships. Our Customers Are Mainly Women From Reputed Families Who Expect A Professional And Respectful Interaction. Candidates Should Have Good Communication Skills, Basic Mobile/Computer Knowledge, And A Polite Nature. Experience In Ecommerce, Boutique, Fashion Store, Or Customer Support Will Be Preferred.
