Staff India Consultancy wants to bring on a Customer Care Executive for its Sayajigunj, Vadodara team. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. There are 30 open positions.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Marathi and Outbound
• Good English

Pay and perks
