Welcome Guests With A Smile And Greet Them Politely.Handle Guest Check-In And Check-Out.Attend Phone Calls And Answer Guest Enquiries.Explain Room Rates, Room Types, And Hotel Facilities.Check Room Availability And Confirm Bookings.Enter Guest Details Correctly Into The Hotel System.Collect Payments And Issue Bills To Guests.Handle Cash, Upi, Card Payments, And Maintain Payment Records.Coordinate With Housekeeping For Room Cleaning And Room Status.Inform Housekeeping About Early Check-Ins, Check-Outs, And Special Guest Requests.Handle Guest Complaints Politely And Inform The Manager When Needed.Answer Guest Questions About Hotel Services And Facilities.Manage Online Bookings From Otas And The Hotel Booking System. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry and Typing
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
