Salary

The salary for this role is ₹6,000 – ₹7,300 per month.

Day-to-day work

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Outbound and Real Estate
