Tulsi Ice Cream is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join its team in Rohini Sector 3, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month.

Assist Customers In Selecting Products And Provide Excellent In-Store Service. Handle Transactions, Stock Shelves, And Maintain A Clean Retail Space. Monitor Sales Trends And Report Customer Feedback.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Customer Relationship Executive, your work will include:

• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Customer handling, Negotiation and Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
