We Are Looking For A Detail-Oriented Call Quality Analyst To Monitor, Evaluate, And Improve The Quality Of Customer Interactions Across Voice, Chat, And Email Channels. The Role Involves Assessing Agent Performance, Identifying Coaching Opportunities, Ensuring Compliance With Company Standards, And Driving Continuous Improvement In Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Local market knowledge, Target achievement and Lead generation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and target-driven
