Customer Relationship Manager

A new Customer Relationship Manager role is open at Vedant Financial Services, Belapur, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹80,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Managing Client Relationships, Portfolio Review, Knowledge Of Pms And Mutual Funds Is Must, Nism Certification Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Lead generation, Local market knowledge and Presentation
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, confident attitude

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
