Handle Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls Professionally.Respond To Customer Queries Via Phone, Email, Whatsapp, And Other Communication Channels.Register And Update Customer Complaints And Service Requests In The Crm/Zoho Desk.Coordinate With The Service Team To Ensure Timely Issue Resolution.Follow Up With Customers Regarding Service Status. Key responsibilities

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Telugu
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
