Key Responsibilities:1)Assist Customers With Online Loan Applications, Including Registration, Documentation, And Submission2)Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, Emails, And Chat Support Related To Loan Products3)Explain Loan Products, Eligibility Criteria, Interest Rates, And Repayment Terms Clearly4)Verify Customer Information And Ensure Accur. Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
