3. Probation and Notice Period

You will be on probation for 6 months from your date of joining. On satisfactory review, you will be confirmed in writing; the company may extend probation if needed. During probation, either party may end employment with [Notice Period] notice; after confirmation, the notice period will be 60 days or salary in lieu, as per company policy.

4. Intellectual Property, Confidentiality and Acceptable Use

All source code, designs, documentation, inventions and other work product you create in the course of employment as a Mobile App Developer shall belong exclusively to [Company Name], and you agree to sign any documents needed to record this assignment. You shall keep client data, credentials and proprietary information strictly confidential during and after employment, use company systems, repositories and licensed tools only for authorised purposes, and shall not install unlicensed software or copy company code to personal devices or public repositories.
