Actualresource Manpower(OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join its team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. You can earn up to ₹35,000/month. 29 candidates will be hired for this role.

Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English

Your responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English
• You are patient and customer-first

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
