Should Maintain Records Of Their Designated Client And Check On All The Shipments To Be Sent And Received To All Areas , Should Provide A Dod Report Of All The Shipment'S And Consignments Handled And Report Of Any Error To The Next Tier (Asst Manager Csd ) To Ensure Smooth Flow Of Operations. Languages : Hindi, English, Tamil

Eligibility

• Open to freshers

• Skills: English, Hindi, Tamil

What you will do

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
