What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Verbal communication, CRM tools and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone patient and customer-first

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
