The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Empathy, And The Ability To Resolve Customer Issues Efficiently. Type : Inbound | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound
