We Are Seeking A Diligent And Empathetic Junior Grievance Redressal Officer Who Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Timely And Effective Resolution Of Customer Complaints, Queries, And Escalations. This Role Involves Ensuring That Customer Issues Are Documented Accurately And Assisting In The Resolution Process In Accordance With Internal Polici. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Complaint handling, Active listening, Verbal communication, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
