Resolve Customer Complaints. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Domestic | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi
• Female Only

• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
