Your responsibilities

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,600 – ₹20,103 per month.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, Malayalam and Tamil
• Basic English
