Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,685 – ₹20,105 per month.

• Good knowledge of Bengali, Inbound, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
