Day-to-day work

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Marathi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹11,500 – ₹17,000 per month.
