Handle Customer Queries Through Whatsapp, Calls, Emails, And Other Customer Support Channels.Assist Customers With Product Information, Sizing, Availability, Orders, Payments, Shipping, Returns, And Exchanges.Track Customer Orders And Coordinate With The Warehouse, Logistics, And Internal Teams To Resolve Order-Related Issues. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound, Domestic

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, Inbound, Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone customer-first and polite

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
