Crossbow It Services Pvt Ltd Is Hiring An Experienced Senior Customer Care Representative For Our Office In Kharadi. The Role Involves Handling Customer Queries, Resolving Escalations, And Delivering Excellent Customer Support. Type : Sales, International, Outbound | Languages : English

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, International, Outbound, Sales
• Good English

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
