Db Facility Management (I) Pvt Ltd is looking for an Admin Executive to join its team in Hinjewadi, Pune. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel and Email
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: Email
