Handle Incoming Customer Inquiries Via Phone, Email, Or Live Chat Regarding Their Internet Service, Billing, And Technical Issues.Maintain A Professional, Courteous, And Helpful Tone With All Customers.Assist With Inquiries Related To Internet Plans, Speeds, Installation, And Account Changes. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Sales
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
