Handle Customer Calls And Respond To Queries Related To Internet And Broadband Services.Register And Track Customer Complaints In The Crm System.Coordinate With The Technical Support Team For Issue Resolution.Follow Up With Customers To Ensure Timely Closure Of Complaints.Assist Customers With Billing, Plan Changes, And Service-Related Inquirie. Type : Inbound | Languages : Hindi, Marathi

Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Salary

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
