Handle Customer Calls And Collect Feedback After Order Delivery, Resolve Customer Complaints Politely And Professionally, Maintain Positive Customer Relationships, Encourage Customers To Provide Ratings And Reviews, Coordinate With Restaurant Staff For Issue Resolution, Maintain Feedback Records And Reports, And Follow Up With Dissatisfied Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound | Marketing | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Inbound, Marketing, Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks
