A Telesales Representative Generates Revenue By Reaching Out To Prospects And Existing Clients Over The Phone To Sell Products, Upsell Services, And Process Orders. They Are Responsible For Closing Sales Deals, Handling Customer Inquiries, And Maintaining Accurate Crm Records. Type : Sales, Outbound | Marketing | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Eligibility

• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi, Marketing, Outbound and Sales

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
