Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What you will do

• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Outbound
• Female Only
